Our 7Qi Vision
Basic Needs
We believe that every person has the same basic needs:
- safety
- connection
- being able to be yourself
- experiencing meaning.
When these needs are sufficiently met, we feel resilient, balanced, and able to cope with life's challenges.
Yet everyone encounters patterns in life. Through upbringing, experiences, and circumstances, we develop beliefs and behaviors that once helped us but can later limit us. Sometimes we become detached from who we really are and our uniqueness as a strength. This can lead to stress, unrest, relationship problems, or the feeling that you are not living quite as you would like to.
For us, personal growth means learning to live more consciously. Not by improving yourself, but by understanding yourself better. By discovering what you feel, think, and need, and using this in your actions. And by letting go of old patterns that no longer serve you.
Change is the only constant in life. The better you learn to deal with this from your unique, changing self, the greater your happiness in life will be.
Balanced living wirth your 7Qi
We view people as a whole. Based on the 7Qi vision, we work with (one to) seven interrelated areas:
- Mindset
- Beliefs (ego) & (coping) behavior
- Body and energy level
- Emotions (discharging and recharging)
- Feelings (experiencing)
- Talent & meaning
- Creativity and inspiration
(note that we distinguish emotions and feelings! In our view emotions are 'energy in motion' and as such intense (kinetic) showed feelings like crying, shouting, screaming, lauching loud etc.)
When these areas are in balance, there is room to grow, make choices that suit you, and live your life with more peace and clarity. It is not about perfection, but about constantly seeing through, choosing and experiencing, learning and growing.
ME, OTHERS & IT: three directions for growth
Working on self-awareness is an important first step. But we believe that personal growth always takes place in three interrelated areas:
ME – Who are you really? What do you feel, what do you think, what drives you? What are your limiting and empowering patterns, unique talents, and challenges? Are you self-aware in action of your 7Qi?
OTHERS – How do you make and maintain contact with others? Do you think in terms of you AND me (separately and together) instead of you OR me? How do you deal with closeness, boundaries, uncertainty, conflict, trust, and (lasting) connection? With flight, a need for proof, a drive to perform, and aggression, or with freezing/isolation? Attachment patterns of both you and the other person are fundamental here, and we believe that working towards secure attachment is truly possible. Alone, but also in relationship therapy.
IT – What choices do you make and what lifestyle suits who you are? Can you make choices at the intersection of yourself, the other person, and “it”?
These three areas constantly influence each other. We often learn the most about ourselves in contact with others.
Growth occurs when we dare to look at our inner world, our relationships, and our way of life—in conjunction. Self-awareness is the basis and very important. But you only make an impact when you can consciously give meaning to your life with others in a safe way. By paying attention to these three areas (me, others, it), therapy or coaching can have a real impact!

- Recognize and break through limiting patterns
- Develop greater self-awareness

It all starts with one decision: the willingness to look at yourself and be open to change. This site supports you in this — clearly, humanly, and practically.
Because you don't grow by becoming someone else, but by being more and more yourself in a setting with others and clear goals.
Love and compassion are the keys to lasting happiness in life.
Love is almost unconditional. It is seeing the uniqueness of yourself and others and loving it. You respect yourself and others within healthy boundaries.
Within the duality of fear and love, it is ultimately love and compassion that can bring a lasting sense of happiness in life. Fear-related behavior (pride, greed, power, lust, anger, jealousy, etc.) only gives temporary pleasure. But it does serve as a mirror for developing inner love. Not resisting it, but integrating it ultimately yields the most benefit.
Humans and AI, a changing setting
The advent of autonomous AI agents is giving rise to a new kind of collective consciousness. We believe that human uniqueness is a right. Free will to learn and grow related to our uniqueness is.
Only by upholding the right to unique individuality within the context of ever-increasing connectivity can free will continue to exist. Based on the pursuit of maximum creative potential, we believe that free and focused learning within dualities remains a personal human right. To live and experience, rather than be lived.
